Common Questions

Do referrals expire after a few months?
No. As long as your referred subscriber stays enrolled, you keep earning 20% every month. There is no time limit on recurring commissions.
What happens if a subscriber cancels or gets a refund?
Commissions are paid on the last successful payment made by the subscriber. If they cancel or receive a refund on a future payment, no commission is earned on that specific transaction.
How does referral tracking work?
Your subscriber must sign up through your unique affiliate link. Once they click it, a 365-day cookie is set. Tracking and reporting are handled automatically through the Client Portal — no manual tracking needed.
When exactly are payouts processed?
On the 15th day after the end of each month. For example, commissions earned in April are paid automatically on May 15th via Interac e-Transfer to your account email.
Is there a minimum balance before I get paid?
No minimum threshold. Whatever you earn in a given month is paid out in full on the 15th of the following month.
What if someone doesn't subscribe right away?
If they clicked your link and subscribe anytime within 365 days, the commission is credited to you. You don't need them to sign up on the same visit.
