Common Questions

Do referral commissions expire?
No. As long as your referred subscriber stays enrolled, you keep earning 20% every month. There is no time limit on recurring commissions.
What is last-click attribution?
If a potential subscriber clicks multiple affiliate links before signing up, the commission goes to the affiliate whose link was clicked last. This is the standard model used across most affiliate platforms.
What if someone doesn't subscribe right away?
If they click your link and subscribe anytime within 90 days, the commission is credited to you. You don't need them to sign up on the same visit.
When are payouts processed?
On the 15th of each month for the previous month's earnings. Commissions earned in April are paid on May 15th via Interac e-Transfer. A minimum $50 balance is required for a payout — amounts below that carry forward.
What happens if a subscriber cancels?
Commissions are paid on successful subscription payments. If a subscriber cancels or receives a refund on a future payment, no commission is earned on that specific transaction.
